I've had Straight Shooter out for several home projects over the past few weeks. I've found them to be very proactive and timely in their service, and very good about following up to make sure that I'm happy with their service. The young folks doing the work have been been very pleasant and knowledgeable, and the office staff has been very responsive. We had one "wobble" with a schedule time, but it was quickly rectified and genuinely shown care to complete.
